The process starts with a dream, a new lifestyle a holiday destination but where to start? This is where Prestige Property Europe step in – we make the dream a reality. Are you a decider or a dabbler? We can help both and convert the dabbler into a decider and help the decider make the dream come true.
The Decided
If you have already decided, you want to move and maybe have done the travelling and know a few places you want to buy let us take over and allow you to enjoy the journey whilst we find the property for your new lifestyle overseas. We start with a phone call to discuss your “wants and must haves” and once we all agree our service is what you are looking for, we will start our part. It means you don’t need to speak with many different Estate Agents (and not all speak great English!) and some will take days to come back to you. Property Portals are a great help but there are so many out of date properties listed - we will talk to owners & Developers and start looking at the options. We will present you with a Portfolio of selected properties for your perusal, this may take a few presentations while we narrow down the list, but we will find a suitable selection, arrange and assist with viewings, or even view on your behalf, before negotiating the best price for the chosen property to maximise your savings. We will introduce to you 2 or 3 Lawyers for you to decide on who you want to work with, knowing they are all capable of doing the job.
The Dabblers
A dream is still a dream that can become reality – you have visited a country and like the idea of owning but don’t know where to start – you have come to the right place. It starts with a call and us then sending you on a road trip – this is your dream and we will suggest a few areas that we believe tick your boxes. Advice will be given on what to look for and once you are home we can then have another call to see if you still dabbling or deciding - don’t worry we will help! Property Portals are a great help for you to discover the market in the country & area of choice and also how far your budget will go. We can also advise on general day-to-day living and any other queries you may have to help make your mind up - whether it be a yes or no - it is a big decision and needs to be the right one for you as an individual.
